My GOD IN HEAVEN I am sooo disgusted with what the smug SOB’s have done to the american people!!!! WHY AND HOW DO Mothers of these gifts from our LORD AND SAVIOR NOT FIGHT THE SICK MONSTERS THAT ARE TORTURING OUR CHILDREN….????? As a kid that said the pledge of leagance in grade school and when they took that from our schools was the first terrorism act against we the people and it is even MORE DISGUSTING to see their so called treatment of the so called TERRIOST PLOT AGAINST US!!!! If we are so programed and gutless against this evil that is now lose and as it was planned we now have a justice system that would compare to HITLER! NEXT ARE CONSINTRATION CAMPS FOR THE POOR AND HEAR THIS PEOPLE OF US CONTROL THE MIDDLE CLASS WILL BE RIGHT NEXT TO POOR! I am truely ready to blow this pathetic country and I am so not PROUD TO BE CITIZ EN OF THIS HELL!!!!!! TO ALL MY FELLOW VICTIMS IT WILL GET HORRIBLY WORSE! IT IS AND HAS BEEN SET IN MOTION AND ALL PEOPLE HERE SHOULD BE AFRAID OR WE HAVE TO SHOW OUR SELFS TO THEM! I FOR ONE WILL NOT GO WILLINGLY TO THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE LIKE THE ANIMALS THEY ARE GOING AND HAVE MADE US BE!

I appreciate the comment and you are absolutely right, a post secondary education alone will not solve anything. I believe what we need to develop is a 3 or 4 year program that is a prereq to joining the police force. The program should be much more extensive than the current police programs available today and these cadets should be educated in culture, psychology, politics, etc… a renaissance police force if you will. We can no longer afford to have ignorance be a part of an overseeing force that has a license to detain and/or kill.

The requirement of post-secondary education at first glance seems to make sense. However, if true, then neither Minneapolis or St Paul,MN. would be in the top tier of cities with reported police abuse. Minnesota requires at least a two year college degreee for POST certifcation. Something else must be driving reporting rates.
